Warmongers panic on USS Ford pause

11.11.2025

Mainstream media is finally publishing our assessment from recent days: that United States ship Gerald Ford continues idle near Morocco. Social media is dominated by war hawkish factions, interested in initiating war against Venezuela. Hawks are pushing a narrative that actually aircraft carrier just departed waters west of Morocco and might be traveling southward: into Atlantic towards coast of Guyana or Surinam, for support to naval deployments already in Caribbean. While Pete Hegseth announced murder of additional fishermen on Pacific Ocean waters, China has deployed a brand new aircraft carrier: with electromagnetic propulsion for aircraft to take off, rivaling USS Ship Gerald Ford. While Russia has been extending its missile sales to Iran and further military cooperation with China.

Goal is that Iran, China, and Russia would become a unified military front: as they count with strategic alliance of Venezuela, providing all three of them a global relevance rather than regional Eurasian deterrence. All sides are so entrenched in their positions that it could be safe to assume that fate of United States ship Gerald Ford will determine whether World War III will be launched or averted. For time being, World War III is being averted as Donald Trump is exerting prudence in not threatening Venezuela's sovereignty. In last few days, United States bombarders flew close to Paraguaná Peninsula to recognize territory. Radars were able to communicate with Venezuelan missile systems, pointing directly to those bombarders, which decided to turn back as usual.

Russian cooperation with Venezuela is extensive. Russian warships are already on their way to Venezuela. Unlike USS Gerald Ford, which continues idle near Morocco, we would expect Russian and Chinese vessels to enter Caribbean as time goes by. United States refuses to withdraw their hostile Navy out of Caribbean zone of peace. Risk of United States deployment USS Gerald Ford in Caribbean is so significant: that a simultaneous launch of hundreds of missiles and drones could actually damage or sink it, particularly if Russia provides Oreshnik or Kaliber nuclear missiles to Venezuela. Such enhancements cannot be ruled out, as Russia is already providing extensive transfer of technology to allies such as China and Iran, which in return provide equipment for Russia to continue war in Ukraine.

Venezuela would serve as a warehouse of Chinese, Iranian, and Russian military equipment: to be held for a future war against United States. Diplomacy however has provided an interesting episode in Santa Marta Colombia, through Celac meeting of presidents and foreign ministers. Kaja Kallas is foreign minister of European Union. She expressed position of European countries of not supporting United States militarization in Caribbean: as sovereignty of Caribbean and South American countries must be respected. Presidents Nicolás Maduro, Gustavo Petro, and Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez also expressed similar opinions. President Maduro participated through a letter, directed to national representations at Celac conference. While foreign minister Yván Gil attended in person.

This would amount to first time in recorded history that foreign secretary of European Union Kaja Kalas holds a similar position than Russian Federation, in sense that Venezuela's sovereignty must be respected. Oddly today Kaja Kallas and Vladimir Putin, despite despising each other, are joined together on defense of Venezuela. We must also take into account that NATO North Atlantic Treaty Organization does not support unilateral United States operations in Caribbean. It looks like United States is slowly being separated from allies. Canada cannot be considered as an ally of United States: because of recent suggestions of Donald Trump invading Canada in order for it to become fifty-first state, just as Senator Lindsey Graham recently proposed about Venezuela. Calls for Latin American and Caribbean Union with support of Europeans are now expressed in writing through CELAC.

Summit of Americas has been cancelled by OAS Organization of American States. Secretary General of United Nations Antonio Guterres affirms prior declarations from Volker Türk, Human Rights Commissioner for United Nations, that United States military operations supposed to be against drug trafficking may be considered as war crimes or extrajudicial executions. Domestically, United States continues in a horrible mess. Senate concurred to elevate health care costs, as some Democrats sided with Republicans to promote a temporary extension of United States budget until January 30, 2026. This short-term solution will require resuming painful negotiations about budget, which are likely to stall. Moderate Democrats who yielded to Republican proposal for opening government until January 30, 2026 are expected not to be voted again by constituents. Democrats are likely to shift further left for new candidacies during midterms.

TPS, Treaty of Protection status for Venezuelans has expired and most Venezuelans within United States will be deported back into Venezuela: within next few weeks. Diosdado Cabello, Minister of Interior and Justice, welcomes Venezuelan nationals deported from United States into Venezuela: to their homeland and to their families.

In spite of these encouraging developments, we still have to deal with a very strong, hawkish narrative in social media and Fox News, which base many of Donald Trump's decisions. Those warmongers are spending their entire waking time fabricating narratives conducive to promoting a new decision of Donald Trump to redeploy USS Gerald Ford toward Caribbean Sea. They are also trying to change narrative into a regime change operation. That would most likely require an additional legal opinion from Department of Justice, as legal opinion currently available for United States operations in Caribbean is limited to Caribbean Sea on international waters.

Worst case scenario would be if United States Ship Gerald Ford continues moving toward Caribbean, and some provocation will occur that could entail to aggression into Venezuela. Such aggression would be retaliated by Venezuela, with massive casualties in both Venezuelan and United States armies: inviting assistance from Russian military and increased participation of Iranian and Chinese forces, whether by diplomacy or by arms supplies. Venezuelans continue building our defensive strategies, our national unity and organization in towns, villages and cities. A deployment of United States ship Gerald Ford in South Atlantic waters near Guyana or Surinam would also raise tensions on the Essequibo dispute, which has been dormant during last few months. While Trinidad & Tobago remains hostile, with plenty of support to United States invaders at odds with rest of Caricom countries.

Prime Minister of Dominica was also present at Celac summit with European Union. He spoke to Venezuelan foreign minister Yvan Gil. United States is applying all its psychological war methodologies to divide Latin Americans and Caribbeans: United States diplomacy is failing. Last resort United States still holds is full aggression into Venezuela, aided by deployment of United States Ship Gerald Ford. Outcome of such operation could be extremely messy, entailing civil casualties across many countries in Caribbean. As Iranian, Chinese, and Russian forces are already positioned on Venezuelan soil, they would likely ask for urgent refurbishment, from their Eurasian home countries. We would officially start World War III as conflicts in Middle East, Gaza, Iran, Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan would all be on table: as most of these countries have been recently testing weapons. They would like to prove their effectiveness on battleground.

This doom scenario must be averted. Every day passing with confirmed idleness of USS Gerald Ford near Morocco provides world some hope. Diplomacy is a great tool for solving differences between nations. European Union, Caribbean, South America, Central America, Russia, Iran, China: they are all asking United States to stop their military operations in Caribbean, as drug epidemic must be refocused on decreasing domestic demand and on repelling United States domestic cartels. Seizures by Coast Guard of various countries should remain favorite anti-drug narcotics operations strategies. However, these are not normal times. Secretary of Defense of the United States Pete Hegseth compared 2025 with horrible year 1939: when Hitler's Germany invaded Poland.

November 9th was International Day commemorating anti-fascist movements. Speaking about fascism and Nazism is relevant today, as Pete Hegseth is speaking similarly to Adolf Hitler's dreams of invading Europe, just as United States dreams of invading Venezuela. Starting in 1939 Germany invaded Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary and France: a long war extended until 1945 when an alliance between Soviet Union, China, United Kingdom, United States and France were able to eliminate the axis of Italy, Japan and Germany. After that time, United Nations was founded. It would be horrible if we lose United Nations, just as in late 1930s Society of Nations was abolished and we got into a World War II which then became nuclear.

This nuclear theme is so stressful that Sergey Lavrov, foreign minister of Russia, extensively spoke about subject. He requires further information from United States on how United States plans to deploy further nuclear tests. He is open for further negotiations. However, American side remains with contradictory narratives regarding Venezuela. Official narrative remains fighting drug cartels, while everybody suspects it is actually an attempt for regime change: which will not be tolerated by Venezuelans in our country ,who cherish our sovereignty and our alliance with China, Iran and Russia. These countries are most secure allies you can imagine. Treatment provided by Russia to Venezuelans is gorgeous. They often learn Spanish and they genuinely care about Venezuela as a sovereign country, with autonomy and independence.

Our relationship with United States used to be dependent on carrots and sticks. Venezuela was aligned with United States because we knew nothing else. But Russia is proving more humane, also more militarily capable. We share hassle of dealing with sanctions. Our petroleum industries are comparable, as Russia also produces heavy oil. Venezuela, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates should concentrate on reinforcing our participation in OPEC plus. We need to de-dollarize petroleum trade. We should use currencies different than United States dollar, for example yuan.

De-dollarization is extremely hard for Venezuela, as United States dollar is a dominant currency. We would probably wait to be admitted into BRICS, pending a decision from Brazil so that we could start using Brazilian real as a reserve currency. Venezuela should strive to increase dealings in Colombian pesos or Grenadian dollars. Any currency nowadays is more stable than Venezuelan bolívar, as we are still circumventing sanctions and purchasing massive quantities of military equipment. But currencies of our Latin American and Caribbean neighbors are relatively stable. We should start using such currencies for commerce, rather than relying only in United States dollar. While Venezuelan bolivar should be positioned as a currency suitable for selected trades in the petroleum industry.

It seems that our safest bet is to start de-dollarization with countries of Asia using Indian rupees, Chinese yuan, Russian rubble. As Venezuela remains resilient and avoids war, these economic issues will come back to forefront. For time being, those of us who do not belong to Venezuelan military are cooperating with psychological war: as we are extensively searching worldwide public opinion, and narratives provided by those who want war, with an emphasis on movements of United States Ship Gerald Ford. If technology were available for Russia and China to place a satellite, able to track location of United States Ship Gerald Ford, they should open a website portraying that location twenty-four hours a day.

A similar event happened when at end of year 2000, George W. Bush beat Al Gore on United States presidential elections. Florida was always too close to call. Florida was called in favor of Al Gore. Next morning it was called back in favor of George W. Bush. Weeks of recounting initiated and all votes from Miami Dade county were packaged into a Rider moving truck, for a very long drive out of Miami into Tallahassee, capital of state of Florida. There was a television channel whose exclusive footage was showing slow movements of the rider truck. Maybe we should do the same thing with USS Gerald Ford. We should track its location at all times from Atlantic Ocean. We understand that they might turn off transporters, but Russia and China surely have a technology to know where USS Gerald Ford is. Because if USS Gerald Ford were actually moved out of waters west of Morocco, and it were coming into Venezuelan waters, Venezuelans would already have been warned and that has not happened yet.

Every day is a beautiful day when we are still alive. Diplomacy is doing its best to avert World War III. However, Donald Trump, Pete Hegseth and Marco Rubio are neocons. Their entire careers are based in making profits for industrial military complex. In such a scenario, we might have to resist until United States midterms in November 2026. Hopefully, radical Democrats will take control of House and Senate: as moderate Democrats are just as hawkish as Republicans. Venezuelans, however, will be happy to joke with warmongers as they become more desperate. United States ship Gerald Ford refuses to move, despite anxiety for it to arrive in Caribbean right now. There are some people who would love to make this beautiful continent a blood bath.
