Trump enters fake news business
Fake or insufficient news has been provided by Donald Trump: regarding a first strike into Venezuelan territory. Primazol chemical distribution factory in San Francisco, Zulia State suffered an electrical failure that led into fire, which was quickly extinguished by their industrial safety protocols along with fire department of city of Maracaibo. Somehow this private incident arrived to ears of Donald Trump: who claimed having bumped such installation and claimed that chemical precursors for cocaine drug were produced there. Primazol is a legitimate business with offices in Guarenas and Valencia. Perhaps a new stage of economic war is to identify viable businesses and sink reputation of their owners and activities. However, reputation of Donald Trump himself is increasingly so deficient that no credibility must be provided to his unsupported claim of having bumped a reputable Venezuelan business as if it were an narco cartel operator. Fortunately, there were no casualties at site.
President Gustavo Petro in Colombia failed to provide additional information when he approved of Donald Trump's narrative. Gustavo Petro is doing a terrible job at mediating: as he is not in good terms with United States. He seems to be getting in bad terms with Venezuela as well. Donald Trump and Gustavo Petro are similar in their late night narratives on social media: that generate anxious tension to international community and most often do not lead to reasonable conclusions. Venezuela will expect a clarification from Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: about proof President Gustavo Petro may have on narcotics activities of Primazol legitimate chemical business in Venezuela. Primazol continues operating in Guarenas and Valencia as it recovers its San Francisco, Maracaibo facility.
Venezuela has not commented much on this episode: as we are not interested in pushing up fake news narratives. Fake news narratives have often caused wars: such as weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Same must be happening now, when reputable industrial chemical businesses are now accused of functioning as cocaine labs. It is significant that no Primazol owners are identified on OFAC sanctions list. United States regime change activity set for this week was to destroy property. This incident was expected to fade away. However, involvement of Colombian President Gustavo Petro by repeating without proof vague accusations from Donald Trump: will require a more elaborate Venezuelan response, in addition to three page communiqué provided by Primazol legitimate chemical business.
United States seems desperate in proposing some sort of influence worldwide, while other countries are increasingly relying on their own tools. Russia continues conquering Ukraine at an accelerated pace. Iran is showing weapons capability it might deploy: whenever Israel chooses to attack. China continues preparations for recovery of its Taiwan province. Despite a United States national security document recently published, there is no incentive for other countries to trust or ally with United States, as American activities are increasingly seen as predatory: for looting everyone else's resources and economics.
As we close 2025 and enter 2026, international community seeks ways for growth and investment within their own economies. We avoid relying on United States treasuries. This new year 2026 is expected to let foreign holdings of United States treasuries expire, to amount of up to $6 trillion. As most countries are directly or indirectly affected by United States wars, sanctions, and threats, it is unlikely that massive repurchases of such debt will occur. Some calls for hyperinflation in United States are becoming common. Venezuela's economy during 2025, according to Cepal grew a respectable 5%: well above other Latin American nations.
Venezuela will need to study success story of Russia, which in 2025 had most stable ruble currency, which actually appreciated against United States dollar despite sanctions. Devaluation of Bolivar against dollar was mediocre. We have two exchange rates: officially 301 bolivars buy you one dollar. However, in online platforms for free purchase of USBT, you must pay 580 bolivars per one dollar. Free market rate is almost double than official rate: which leads to massive arbitrage opportunities, for those who have access to government controlled foreign exchange transactions.
It would be wonderful to be exclusively devoted to economic growth and development. However, constant United States aggression against Venezuela and constant threats of looting and bombardment against our country are considered death threats against our population. Piracy, looting and destruction against private property of citizens of our country are reflected on Donald Trump's claimed bombardment of Primazol chemical business: which remains unconfirmed. Such are distractions that we should conclusively fade away: so that Venezuela can concentrate on its economic development. Russia has been able to conduct international trade in rubles, rupees and yuan: with little use of United States dollar. As a result rubble has appreciated.
Venezuela has yet to follow that path. Bolivar as it devalues cannot be considered a store of value. Its utility has been restrained to a temporary unit of exchange. Venezuelans spend much of their waking time constantly transforming bolivars into dollars: and then exchanging back those dollars into bolivars whenever they need to shop locally. It will be urgent to solve this macroeconomic extreme, regardless on political or war developments, as ordinary citizens often have failed to be participants of 5% economic growth: as advertised by Cepal.
Venezuelan military has produced a series of organizational videos: featuring all twenty-four states of Venezuela and capital district. All zones are prepared to address incoming attacks. United States seems to prefer to randomly attack by air, preferably through fake news. It might be possible that United States did not attack anything. However, they are distributing narrative that CIA Central Intelligence Agency actually provoked fire on Primazol chemical factory. If such were case, Venezuelan authorities have obligation of imposing stiff prison penalties to Venezuelan traitors: who have been involved in such terrorism.
Venezuela's murder rate has declined constantly. Venezuela used to be a violent country. However, our current rate of murder per 100,000 population is becoming comparable to Canada's and other extremely peaceful countries. Rule of law in Venezuela is becoming more enforceable: which is causing a welcome decline in crime rates. There was a time where most pressing issue for Venezuelans was criminality. Right now our main issue is inflation and unemployment. Perhaps Venezuela will need to expand war economy: as we might expect Donald Trump's obsession for harassing Venezuela to continue during 2026, 2027, and 2028. Venezuela will need to develop military related industries for producing goods and services needed for our troops, including food security. Rural areas near Caracas have been especially targeted by President Maduro for new agroindustrial businesses.
Venezuela has also issued a diplomatic note deploring United States arms sales into Taiwan and reminding that there is only one China. This note should be seen as a confirmation that: as China helps Venezuela, Venezuela will also help China, and Venezuela will also help Russia whenever we receive such a request. Iran, for its part, is believed to have already sent warships to protect Venezuelan petroleum tankers. as we seek new ways to overcome oppressive United States intended blockade against our legitimate petroleum export business.
President of Paraguay was recently asked about his foreign policy to Venezuela. He expressed that he would see with great concern militarization of situation. He hopes for a peaceful solution. Part of such peaceful solution would be that Paraguay pays to Venezuela an important debt, dating back several years concerning Paraguay purchases of Venezuelan petroleum products. It is becoming increasingly common that countries worldwide provide opinions on Venezuela's domestic policy in order to avoid paying their debts.
We also welcome assessment from Jamaican prime minister on a peaceful Caribbean in contrast to warmongering Trinidad and Tobago position. Mood is certainly non-typical of other year changes, as 2026 remains as a continuation of 2025. There has been no proper opportunity to close affairs from this year to initiate new affairs next year. Conflicts, fake news and emergencies have remained non-stop in December: as it was during the rest of last year. We sincerely hope that next year we will seek peaceful solutions through better fortification of Venezuela: to continue resisting whatever aggression United States lunatic president chooses to inflict upon us.
