Prior Venezuela corruption will be prosecuted
Russia strikes back. Ambassador of Russia is furious with Venezuela: because Venezuelans chose not to save former dictator President Maduro. Instead Venezuelans facilitated United States incursion into Venezuela. Control of Venezuela has been set in favor of United States. Venezuela is no longer in Russian sphere of influence. Russian ambassador must realize that he is expressing foreign interference in private domestic affairs of Venezuela: as Venezuelans were perfectly capable of collaborating with United States for removal of Nicolás Maduro. That was a petition from most Venezuelans during years, even during Chávez era. Russian ambassador in Venezuela has spoken with Venezuela's foreign minister Ivan Gil. They reassert strategic partnership between Venezuela and Russia continues intact. President Delcy Rodríguez is engaging into new agreements with United States. Venezuelans will need to be cautious: because both agreements might get into conflict. In any case, agreement with United States will take priority: because Russia lost fight for having Venezuela as part of its sphere of influence.
Program for democratic conviviality and peace in Venezuela will build, in its first one hundred days, a national plan oriented for multi-dimensional peace. Dialogue is fantastic. Venezuelan opposition however does not want dialogue. They want immediate fascism, vengeance, and eradication of recent Venezuelan history. Many political prisoners who were just released used to engage in constant conspiracy against the regime. They failed to address economic concerns. Journalists and politicians engage in conflict on purpose to get more followers. That is the reason why democracy no longer serves a purpose of a good system of government. Popularity is usually associated with conflict and mismanagement, while unpopular economically sound ideas never earn enough votes.
China has realized this all too well. They enjoy excellent economic growth: as they concentrate on issues that matter, instead of wide ranging propaganda for masses. Jorge Rodríguez is president of Venezuelan National Assembly. He traveled all the way to Puerto La Cruz to address workers at Puerto La Cruz refinery. He discussed reform of hydrocarbon law with industry workers. Industry workers seem extremely happy: as they know their industry. They understand that they are working with faulty equipment. They need more investment. It is actually Venezuelan opposition which is trying to boycott United States investment into Venezuela. They don't care about Venezuelan economy. They only want to get career politicians back into power. Fortunately, Donald Trump understands that Venezuela's career politicians are garbage. He chooses to dialogue with efficient President Delcy Rodríguez.
Hopefully Donald Trump will understand that political rallies of Delcy Rodríguez, speaking about anti-imperialism, is necessary so that she can get glued with her voting base. However, what is important is that Delcy Rodriguez will usually comply with whatever Donald Trump administration asks her to do. Delcy Rodríguez will continue enjoying support of moderate opposition, and of economic growth fanatics: as long as she continues dismantling socialism in her actions, not in her words. Socialists, however, have a nice network of communities. They cherish values of friendship and cooperation. They should thrive capitalistically once they learn how to become productive, at least younger generations. Oldest communists are absolutely ideologized and unfit to serve in public office.
So much emphasis in Venezuela makes people forget that besides Cuba, Nicaragua is also in dire need for a regime change: as Daniel Ortega has been in office forever several times, with a brief interruption by Violeta Chamorro. Daniel Ortega has released political prisoners so that he seems an enjoyable democratic pacifist, as a dialogue friendly dictator. Venezuelans are just too anxious on regime change strategies for both Cuba and Nicaragua: as we will certainly volunteer to provide as much online support as needed, so that United States military authorities finish job. We need to unify Americas under a common flag.
Colombian presidential candidate Ivan Cepeda is earning 33% of support in polls, while Abelardo de la Espriella only gathers 18%. Vicky Davila and Paloma Valencia each only enjoy three or four percent. Minority candidates are negligible. Colombia's opposition is following path that happened to Venezuela's opposition. They all fight against each other. Abelardo de la Espriella is suspected to hold Venezuelan nationality as well: which was provided by his friend Alex Saab who was just fired from Delcy Rodríguez administration. However, Abelardo de la Espriella claims he is far right: while he has been dealing with far left. Not surprisingly, Gustavo Cepeda, who will inherit Gustavo Petro's government, enjoys lead. There are many undecided voters who of course would tilt balance in favor of an opposition candidate, or they could tilt balance to increased gap favoring Ivan Cepeda.
Greenland's colonial authorities emanating from Copenhagen, Denmark continue prohibiting Greenlanders to achieve economic growth: through sales of rare earth minerals. Greenland needs a population increase: so that it does not revert forever as a United States protectorate. Greenland would need hundreds of thousands of inhabitants to become a state. Greenland's population is around 55,000 people only. Denmark's sterilization program to female inuits in 1970s is unfortunately taking its toll in 21st century. Greenland yearns for economic development and repopulation: that will only be possible through United States sovereignty.
RINO Republican in name only María Elvira Salazar is obnoxious. She has a history of contradicting President Donald Trump. Miami 27th district of Florida voters should revert to a Democratic candidate with no remorse, as Maria Elvira Salazar is not representing Donald Trump's wider plans for country and world. María Elvira Salazar is not supportive of Donald Trump's decision to work with President Delcy Rodríguez in Venezuela. She wants to send María Machado back: knowing very well that María Machado is considered a criminal in Venezuela. She could get in jail just as Nicolás Maduro already has. As concluded in previous occasions, both Maduro and Machado are ineligible for public office in Venezuela: as they have both promoted radicalism, intolerance, and attempts of civil war. City of Miami already has voted for a Democratic mayor. Corruption from South Florida Republicans will be made known to the public soon.
In rest of country, Republicans should weigh benefits of new alliance with Venezuela: which is a major American foreign policy success, against whatever socialist or communist ideas are coming from Democrats. United States domestic politics will become very interesting. If Democrats take hold of Congress, there will be more balance of power. However, Democrats don't seem to have any government agenda beyond sabotaging whatever Donald Trump does. From a Venezuelan point of view, Donald Trump has saved Venezuela from further economic decline. Indeed, there is no peace of mind when we are facing financial hardship. Too much time is wasted on political diatribes. Prospective investors need to hire personnel willing to work productively. Activism for ideological causes is counterproductive in current Venezuelan climate.
National plan in Venezuela, oriented for multi-dimensional peace, should be wide ranging. Venezuelan citizens not affiliated with political parties, not affiliated with non-governmental associations and not associated with state-owned companies should also be included in policy discussions. However, government and opposition have a tendency of only addressing legacy leadership: without opening opportunities to newer generations. It is not enough to watch videos containing debates to which we do not have access. Venezuelans yearn for dialogue and participation. Some sectors of Venezuelan society despise dialogue. Therefore, they should be automatically excluded. A search must be made for Venezuelans who are actually eager to dialogue. Boycotting dialogue is similar than ExxonMobil boycotting a return into Venezuela. Donald Trump realized it: he said to ExxonMobil that they might not even make it into Venezuela, as Donald Trump has already secured other investors. Boycotters will be left out. Dialogue promoters will move on with rebuilding Venezuela.
Previous Venezuelan administrations have been characterized by corruption. Transparency must be promoted. Pdvsa website provides insufficient information on geology, technical and financial specifics. Self-criticism starts being noticed in chavista movement. President of National Assembly Jorge Rodríguez has expressed a desire that Pdvsa corrupts must be prosecuted. Venezuelan opposition deplores Jorge Rodríguez recent call for transparency: because Venezuela's culture unfortunately thrives on corrupt leadership gaining loyalty from subordinates, willing to tolerate corruption. Venezuela's business climate will change toward transparency. Therefore, it is necessary that deals between Donald Trump and Delcy Rodríguez continue being fine-tuned on a daily basis.
It might be exhausting for Delcy Rodríguez to work in tandem with Donald Trump. However, Delcy Rodríguez must realize that she will continue earning support of Venezuelan society: as long as she gets along with Donald Trump. Minute Delcy Rodríguez reverts to communism, she will lose support and might not even be able to hold presidency much longer. While President Delcy Rodríguez is applying appropriate foreign investment policies in Venezuela, her constituents are deploring a drift away from socialism. Delcy Rodríguez pronounces two different discourses simultaneously. To her constituents she claims anti-imperialism. To Donald Trump she yields on whatever he needs.
Venezuelans should start protesting: against all these drones that are being sent out at night to demand release of Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores. Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores have committed crimes. They are being prosecuted. Most Venezuelans wanted them in jail. Delcy Rodríguez should concentrate on economic development: through sales of oil and rare earth minerals, moving away from discredited socialist corrupt ideology. It looks like her brother Jorge Rodríguez is more clear on this efficiency path than President Delcy Rodríguez. It might be prudent that Delcy Rodríguez confers with her brother and National Assembly: who are very clear on Venezuela's new direction.
Several political prisoners have been released over weekend. Process of release has been gradual. Every week more political prisoners are being released. At this rate by year end there should be little to no political prisoners in jail left. Many of them conspired against government. Their activities tended to be subversive rather than promoting economic growth. Venezuelans in general have preferred to learn politics rather than economics. In most developed countries, private businesses and sound economics have promoted affluent societies, while politicians have been kept to a minimum. Venezuela's extreme ownership of Pdvsa has promoted a series of parasite opposition career politicians: who just want to oust government to engage themselves into corruption.
As international enterprises for petroleum business arrive into Venezuela, there will be more demand for getting employed in nice productive jobs, rather than spending or wasting lives in political diatribes that consist in speaking gossip against your opponent. Second discussion of hydrocarbon law will occur on Tuesday January 27th, 2026 article by article. We shall follow in detail which articles will be discussed, what will be opposition provided by those who do not want economic development in Venezuela. We hope that this discussion does not take forever, and that by end of this week or next week at latest, hydrocarbon law would be passed. Venezuela urgently needs to summon petroleum industry investors to develop greenfields and brownfields.
This transition between an old-fashioned socialist operation of petroleum stateowned company must urgently end. Venezuelans need income. Expectations of economic development are subject to entry of foreign investment. Foreign investment will not enter until hydrocarbon law reform is passed: as they are seeking for long-term political and security guarantees. Further items of legislative agenda in Venezuela will be addressed during remainder of this year: as 2026 is year when Venezuelans are preparing a long-term framework for economic progress, development, and prosperity for remainder of 21st century.
