President Maduro learns English in New York

05.01.2026

President Nicolás Maduro is enjoying his two year vacation in New York City, where he will learn and practice English. Yesterday he repeated happy new year to prison guards and he learned how to say good evening. United States personnel taking care of Nicolás Maduro seems fascinated with new rock star they are holding. His trial will perhaps be among most watched in entire United States history. International community is adding momentum. Most countries of the world have already provided strong communiqués deploring that Nicolás Maduro was extracted from Venezuelan soil against international law. There were some injured United States soldiers. Requests and protests for his immediate liberation are becoming commonplace worldwide. Donald Trump confirmed on truth social post that they have already been flown out of the country, while shortly before a decree on external commotion was approved.

Lots of bombardments have occurred in Caracas, Cuartel de la Montaña, La Carlota, Fuerte Tiuna, Higuerote in Miranda State and some places in Vargas, presumably Port of La Guaira or maybe Maiquetía airport. Information are coming very fast. We also know that Vladimir Putin is at Kremlin deciding in closed doors what will be Russia's reaction. Iran has already issued statements as well as Colombia and Cuba. I guess if Nicolás Maduro is gone, Vice President Delcy Rodríguez will take power, unless they continue coup and they play someone else. Venezuelan population will probably engage in civil warfare, along with international community.

Chinese delegation was speaking with Maduro earlier for cooperation with China. There were rumors that Chinese delegation were also harmed, but that probably didn't happen because China would have been very aggressive if that had happened. Delcy Rodríguez addressed nation reaffirming that Nicolás Maduro is president. However, Donald Trump already stated that Delcy Rodríguez is actually president. Marco Rubio and Delcy Rodríguez will dialogue for enhancing economic development in Venezuela. This sounds like an intermediate solomonic solution, as we needed to make sure that fascism of María Machado or Edmundo González, who just doesn't do anything, would come into power. That would be unacceptable. Surprisingly Donald Trump realized that. He prefers dealing with Delcy Rodríguez than with María Machado. So that's welcome news.

We sincerely hope that Delcy Rodriguez, who has been managing well petroleum industry of Venezuela which has been recovering recently, will be able to accommodate stiff requirements from Donald Trump and Marco Rubio. I had a small field trip around the streets of Caracas. There is virtually no traffic. Most stores are closed except for a few supermarkets. Most supermarkets are also closed and Nicolás Maduro was seen in various artificial intelligent pictures. It looks like only latest picture shown by Donald Trump is genuine. Of course United Nations Security Council will have an opportunity to discuss all of that further. We also heard from Mayor of New York City Mandani, who was briefed on this subject. In a way this is a coup d'etat because and hopefully it will hold, as it would be absolutely chaotic if United States continued sending troops.

Not even Julian Assange earned this type of hyper popularity. In contrast, María Machado has been relegated as a harmless housewife: a very nice lady indeed, but she doesn't have respect of Venezuelan people as certainly expressed by Donald Trump. Donald Trump every once in a while does just right thing. He punished Gusanera, which are white trash Venezuelan exiles in Miami, Doral, and Weston Florida, who are a carbon copy of highly unsuccessful Cuban: who also have been imposing sanctions and impossible requests to governments. of Fidel Castro, Raúl Castro and now Miguel Díaz Canel. So Donald Trump realizes that stability in Venezuela, which already existed under presidency of Nicolás Maduro, is now in questionable circumstances of jail used for English classes.

Constitutional tribunal supreme of justice of Venezuela invoked Administrative continuity principle. Delcy Rodríguez has been awarded an extra 1,834 days of presidency until next president-elect takes office on January 10th, 2031, approximately five years from now. Supreme Tribunal of Justice needed to specifically deliberate Delcy Rodríguez rise to Venezuelan presidency, as Nicolás Maduro hasn't formally vacated presidency. It is just force majeure. He hasn't died. He hasn't renounced. He hasn't become ill. He's not incapacitated. Nicolás Maduro does not fulfill any of printed requirements on 1999 Venezuelan constitution: for continuing being considered president of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Therefore, Supreme Tribunal of Justice declared that Vice President Delcy Rodríguez will now act as acting president of Venezuela.

María Machado Gusanera white trash exiles, as invisible social media base, are deploying hatred as usual. They required Donald Trump in first term, and then Joe Biden and now Donald Trump in second term: to bomb Venezuela and murder every single human being associated with government, in a clear example of fascism or Nazism. Such kind of people have for a long time been outlawed to participate in Venezuela's democratic processes: as they propose narratives of hatred which are against human rights. Most countries in world would make it illegal to form a political party such as Israel's Likud, which constantly violates Palestine's human rights. Venezuela's movement of Nobel War Prize was ecstatic when learning that President Donald Trump bombed Venezuela and took President Nicolas Maduro into custody. Now they are desperate asking Donald Trump to reverse his decision, because racism roots of white trash gusanera Venezuelan exile diaspora in Miami, Weston and Doral, South Florida would prefer to impose María Machado as president of Venezuela against wishes of President Donald Trump.

President Donald Trump very clearly specified that he wants to run Venezuela, which is fine for Delcy Rodríguez because she is so smart. Delcy Rodríguez is smartest president of Venezuela I've ever heard of. When I was a toddler, Venezuela was under presidency of Carlos Andrés Perez, who actually did first nationalizations of petroleum. He was an absolute populist and he only was a bachelor of sixth grade of elementary school. Then we had Luis Herrera Campins who was remembered for being extremely fat, eating lots of Toronto and drinking lots of toddy chocolate. Toronto is a candy ball of nuts filled with chocolate. And Toddy is same as Taco, which is a beverage of powdered chocolate that must be blended with milk. President Luis Herrera used popular language refrains.

Then we had Jaime Lusinchi who was an utter drunk, and violated customs of sanctity of monogamous marriage as he took away his wife Gladys Castillo de Lusinchi and appeared on all occasions with Blanca Ibáñez. We shall always remember a morning political information show: where moderator told whoever she was interviewing that Blanca Ibáñez could not count for some eventual position, because she was already the first lady. She never again conducted a morning TV information show at RCTV Radio Caracas Television, which was outdated from Venezuelan free signal airspace: as it indulged in excessive political confrontation and polarization. After Jaime Lusinchi we had a repeat of Carlos Andrés Perez, who actually privatized everything that he had already nationalized about oil. Many decisions were reversed: that was time when companies such as ExxonMobil entered Venezuela until 2007, when Hugo Chávez nationalized again after Carlos Andres Perez.

Venezuela had President Rafael Caldera, who had already a first term in late 1960s and he was back in nineties. He was so old during his second term that he was absolutely unable to speak properly. Donald Trump is much more energetic than what Rafael Caldera was. Rafael Caldera was similar to Joe Biden in United States: unable to do anything and letting his children run country through corruption. Then Hugo Chávez came from 1999 to 2013 when he died. Administrative continuity was given by Supreme Tribunal of Justice to Nicolás Maduro. Hugo Chávez had a lot of street culture, but he lacked formal academic sufficiency in advanced topics in economics. Same happened with President Maduro who however has taught Venezuelans how to be resilient. There is a cartoon provided to children, which is called Super Moustache and it looks like a Superman with a face and moustache of Maduro. Children have it as a substitute to American issued Superman original.

Times have changed. Venezuela needs a highly educated professional such as Delcy Rodríguez who has doctorates in law, and seems to have been concentrating in corporate finance. Delcy Rodríguez has earned respect from Prime Minister of Trinidad & Tobago Kamla Persad Bissessar. Even more, I suspect that during initial September, October negotiations for an OFAC license for dragon gas deal between Venezuela and Trinidad & Tobago, she would claim to be able to deal with Rodríguez directly rather than President Nicolás Maduro to whom she considered a narco terrorist.

We have reached the position that both Donald Trump and Kamla Prasad Bissessar must be credited for having designed a successful, highly effective regime change operation because it did not result in any regime change. Instead, it resulted in administrative continuity to desperation of obnoxious Gusanera diaspora from Miami, Doral and Weston: who are now threatening to stay in United States. They are threatening not to return into Venezuela: because they find it intolerable that Donald Trump did not obey crazy Cubans who were asking for a complete, expensive, deadly and lengthy regime change operation: which Donald Trump since the very first moment was unwilling to do.

We have got into situation that Donald Trump authoritarian regime is doing business with Delcy Rodríguez authoritarian regime as well. Democracy doesn't stand a chance anymore. I no longer tolerate the word democracy. I have abused my responses yesterday to any messages I read seeking for democracy in Venezuela: because I associate democracy with regime change wars, bombardments, and killing of about one hundred Venezuelan troops, fifteen of which have already been identified. They died for their country. Of course María Machado was always sure that she could put in jail as many lives as possible: because Donald Trump and Marco Rubio would follow her instructions indefinitely, which as we saw yesterday was not case.

Donald Trump yesterday congratulated Secretary of War Pete Hegseth because operation was marvelous. Lots of air superiority did not meet resistance from Venezuela. Donald Trump watched it as a feature film movie: of approximately three hours and a half duration. So Donald Trump's recognition of new presidency of highly capable Delcy Rodríguez will absolutely deescalate. Diaspora is still in shock, but they are irrelevant as they do not vote in Venezuelan presidential elections, if they live in countries where we do not hold embassies or consulates. In Venezuela we are just trying to preserve our peace and stability. Venezuela, as it has been informed every day, is a peaceful and civilized country which would be submerged into chaos: if Pete Hegseth or Marco Rubio had defaulted forever to María Machado's extremism regime change, through war disguised as a Nobel peace price.

Several questions of a military nature however arise. Russians, Chinese and Iranians during a long time have sold Venezuela high technology equipment, none of which was fired. There is a theory that there was a negotiation between United States, Delcy Rodríguez and Venezuelan military to provide Nicolás Maduro an opportunity of engaging in English classes in New York City, which would not require any defense: as everything was agreed as a spectacular movie long feature cinema. Only evidence of shootings came from a wounded Venezuelan soldier, who expressed that Americans had intention of building a small preparation military base in Caracas after having captured President Nicolas Maduro. At that time military acted correctly, and they dissuaded Americans who could not build a military base in Caracas. They rather departed quickly into Iwo Jima Navy ship for a final destination of Brooklyn, New York federal prison.

Predictions are clear. Nicolás Maduro will become a media superstar and he will eventually gain more followers than what fascist María Machado used to have: as his organic growth will be superior than robot techniques that have plagued María Machado's campaigns during decades. Rodríguez will honor Nicolás Maduro's pledge for four million barrels a day in the year 2030: at end of his term which is now her term. Delcy Rodríguez will be able to rule Venezuela during 1,834 extra days, as this Supreme Tribunal of Justice every 6 months or so will renew her acting presidency: while we wait for Nicolás Maduro case in New York to take a few years.

United States oil companies such as Conoco Phillips and ExxonMobil are interested in returning to Venezuela. However, they failed to comply with Venezuelan law in past. We understand that Donald Trump is provoking this theater: that he will invade again and push biggest nuclear button, just as he threatened Kim Jong-Un at one time. But Donald Trump is done with this. He absolutely wants to divert into other issues and he will just let Pete Hegseth, Marco Rubio and Scott Bessent deal directly with interim President Delcy Rodríguez in a method similar to President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico, which has resulted in consecutive victories for Mexican presidency.

This regime change war movie was spectacular. We were glued during several months. Now climax and outcome have been revealed. It is best possible outcome. President Delcy Rodriguez will be very careful on numbers when she negotiates with ExxonMobil and Conoco Phillips. Perhaps that will guarantee a better relationship with those two companies, as it was in past. It must be remembered that work team of Hugo Chávez was a disaster. They were all corrupt. They all stole money. They are all exiled. Pdvsa has changed leadership about twenty times. Every president of Pdvsa was worse than last one. Now with Delcy Rodríguez as president of Venezuela, with careful knowledge of Pdvsa as she has been minister of hydrocarbons during the last year, after input from United States actors she will make decisions.

Venezuela must not abandon our friends and allies from China, Iran, Russia, and Vietnam. However, Venezuela only produces onemillion two hundred thousand barrels a day. We are a minor producer. Our expectation is to arrive at four million barrels. So theoretically, United States could invest enough capacity for a daily production in Venezuela of two million five hundred thousand barrels of oil per day. Let's hope that complicated negotiations between Delcy Rodríguez and executives of oil companies of United States are on reasonable terms. Venezuela is determined to charge appropriate price for our resource. That is our basic requirement. Additional requirements are usually flexible and accommodating to international investors.

We salute President Maduro's strength in a New York City prison. He is now symbol of resistance against violations of international law. He will reach a lot of publicity. In next few hours we will concentrate in listing every single international community country, and listing international community city where foreign offices and foreign ministers of such countries are complaining: that international law is being violated by United States aggression to Venezuela. We will also count number of protests in cities of first world countries such as United States, Italy, Spain and France.

We particularly noticed aggressive behavior of president of France Emmanuel Macron. As we know, President Macron usually likes to speak too much. Vladimir Putin often complained that his requirements are impossible. France actively asked for regime change in its declaration of international law violations, made by United States military against President Nicolás Maduro. So France became ever less prudent than United States, that has finally gone away with regime change threats: embracing Supreme Tribunal of Justice of Venezuela's decision of administrative continuity for Delcy Rodríguez presidency which will last 1,832 extra days, until next electoral cycle which will provoke a president-elect in year 2030 who will be sworn in January 10th, 2031. Happy New Year 2026 again.
