Preparing Maduro Trump dialogue
Donald Trump is proposing death penalty for congressmen who ask military units under southern command to disobey any orders in violation of United States Constitution. Military units are now required to kill civilians and fishermen on speedboats, across Caribbean and Pacific Ocean, without interdiction. Such an example of war crimes is of course unconstitutional. United States military under southern command is being used as serial killers. Just pointing out this fact entails death penalty upon you, according to Donald Trump. This madness must immediately cease. This kind of thinking might entail planet into third world war, nuclear destruction and complete eradication of human species.
Movement of nonaligned countries encompasses one hundred and twenty-one sovereign nations, much more than half of planet earth. Furthermore, friends of Charter of United Nations have distributed lengthy, detailed communiqués explaining once again: that individual interpretations from Secretary of State Marco Rubio do not constitute compliance with international law. Solution proposed by signatories of such letters, which are most countries on Earth, is that United States must immediately remove their naval army and aircraft invasion into Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean. It turns out that legal opinions from Southern Command are leaking, about possible legal consequences: what they are doing follows neither United States law nor international law.
People's Republic of China, through spokeswoman of foreign ministry, once again has clearly stressed out that China will not tolerate a United States invasion into Venezuela. Conflicts should be resolved through dialogue. While Russia has been sending generals and high level Russian military delegation: to teach Venezuelan military various state-of-the-art newest techniques, on how to fight an asymmetric war against a NATO power such as United States. We also have spokesman of United Nations General Secretary: who has expressed willingness to help out with dialogue if both United States and Venezuela request such United Nations mediation.
This planet is unanimously uniting against United States invasion into Venezuela: because drug excuse no longer holds. United States no longer hides its desire to perform an anachronistic regime change, onto a different sovereign country, violating principles of self-determination. Venezuela continues preparing: from capital city of Caracas which is located 3,000 ft above sea level, to peak of Ávila mountains which is in neighborhood of 6,000 ft above sea level, and down to coastline of La Guaira which is at sea level. This steep mountainous terrain is fulfilled in every single mile by lots of air defense systems, missiles, drones, and communities of militias, that have been extensively trained to fight aggressor: should United States decide to invade.
Paria Peninsula in Sucre state, adjacent to Trinidad & Tobago and Caribbean Sea and ever famous dragon gas field is fortified by Venezuelan military: who are expecting any invasion coming from Trinidad and Tobago. Exercises scheduled between United States and Trinidad & Tobago militaries remain in effect. Iran has also expressed updated support to Venezuelan cause. China,Russia and Iran are weapons suppliers to Venezuela: they will take any war opportunities provided by United States for testing their superior technology against increasingly aged and outdated United States legacy equipment.
Colombia remains committed to non-inference in political processes occurring in Venezuela: as those are domestic issues. 1,876 days are left for inauguration of next Venezuelan president, who will take oath of office on January 10th, 2031, after presidential elections that will be held in year 2030. Venezuelan constitution does not speak about any transition. Western media remains obsessed with promoting a narrative of regime change in Venezuela. Colombian Foreign Ministry has expressed in writing that there is no support from Colombian government to any regime change activities in Venezuela.
Interviews often leak recordings that can be interpreted at any user's convenience. New York Times, Washington Post, Bloomberg News, Miami Herald, all of these Western media are significantly biased toward regime change in Venezuela. Their advertisers are interested in some sort of regime change, but that is none of their business. These media outlets should then be involved as political parties rather than media outlets, as they are grossly interfering with domestic affairs of sovereign countries. It is no coincidence that general public increasingly prefers being informed through podcasts and alternative media. Legacy media grossly promote regime change in sovereign countries such as Venezuela.
Pdvsa experienced an explosion on a Petrocedeño heavy oil upgrader. Fortunately there were no victims, no deaths, no injuries, and fire was extinguished. All protocols for dealing with emergencies were successfully applied. Pdvsa will initiate an investigation on causes of this accident: to rule out sabotage that could be linked to United States Central Intelligence Agency CIA activities, which are illegally deployed in Venezuela per instruction of President Donald Trump: in violation of Venezuelan constitution and in violation of Venezuelan sovereignty. Once investigation is completed, responsibilities, accusations and possible jail sentences will be issued to those found guilty. Venezuelans must remain highly alert that no such explosions, accidents or terrorist events continue occurring, while preparing against possible United States invasion.
Venezuelan National Assembly also ratified Russian investments into Venezuelan petroleum industry until 2040. There is no need to surrender country of Venezuela to United States investors, as we already count with Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, Italian, Spanish, and French investors. Chevron recently stated that they look forward to become a part of Venezuela's recovery. This statement from Chevron is ambiguous. Up to this time, Chevron has lawfully complied with all requirements from Venezuelan government. However, this new press release from Chevron, as pronounced by CEO Mike Worth, suggests that they could be rooting for a regime change: as becoming part of a Venezuelan recovery with no mention of how they are already participating in such economic recovery. They might be also playing role of regime change promoters. Such ambiguity might entail greater investigation from Venezuelan authorities and Venezuelan public: on behavior of Chevron managers and workers. They could be suspects of any criminal, subversive or treason to homeland activities that may have occurred, or may be programmed to occur in next few days.
Following weeks will have plenty of fake news and plenty of calls for rejecting dialogue between presidents Nicolás Maduro and Donald Trump. Most convenient location for a forthcoming meeting between Presidents Donald Trump and Nicolás Maduro would be in Moscow, Russia: with Vladimir Putin as mediator. There are not too many places where it is safe for Nicolás Maduro to fly, due to a capture order issued by United States authorities. Donald Trump is renewing his relationship with Russia. Vladimir Putin already went to United States soil in Alaska. President Trump would like to sign with Putin an agreement for ending war in Ukraine, as was recently disclosed after negotiations in Miami. Perhaps that opportunity could serve for Nicolás Maduro to fly into Russia and meet with both Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump. No other location seems suitable at this time for such a high stakes meeting between President Donald Trump and President Nicolás Maduro.
Venezuelan petroleum industry slowly continues recovering. Next goal will be to increase our oil production to one million two hundred thousand barrels a day: within next few months once we get American invasion war machines out of Caribbean Sea. Venezuela would be able to relax a bit. It is likely that we will concentrate on economic development, because right now our energies are focused on deterring Caribbean war initiated by United States. Pete Hegseth, Secretary of War, recently spoke that United States made mistake of not taking care of its backyard. Problem is that United States has no backyard. Countries of South America, Central America, and Caribbean are sovereign countries: holding bilateral and multilateral agreements at their wish. United States interference is unacceptable and Venezuela is demonstrating worldwide that cohesion of our population, solid leadership and smart alliances with powerful countries in international community enable us to deter United States war.
It is becoming a nuisance to hear every once in a while that United States ships and aircraft fly by international border of Venezuela and international Caribbean waters. It looks like United States is respecting Venezuela's maritime borders, as there have been no incidents noted. Even USS Gerald Ford aircraft carrier remains six hundred kilometers north of La Guaira, within Puerto Rico United States domestic waters. It is likely that flight recognition from United States Navy is taking intelligence data from Venezuelan air defense systems, missiles and drones. They are noticing that Venezuela actually has one of most formidable defense and armies that United States has fought for a very long time.
Venezuela was supposed to be an easy target. On each passing day Venezuelan power of deterrence increases, while United States power of pressure decreases. Number of naval ships in Caribbean continues being reduced. Some of accompanying group of USS Gerald Ford have already been diverted back to United States. USS Lake Erie, USS Jason Dunham and others have also been turned back to United States. Others that were next to coast of Suriname have also been sent back to United States. It is not clear how many United States military units remain in Caribbean, but there seems to be a decreasing trend of retrenchment into United States: as there are increasing signs that President Trump might abort the whole invading operation against Venezuela in favor of dialogue.
Donald Trump boasts a great relationship with crown prince of Saudi Arabia who remains in United States. It seems a long visit of several days. Crown prince pledged to invest a trillion dollars in United States technologies: supporting artificial intelligence in an attempt to mitigate forthcoming market crash. There is no reason why Donald Trump would not meet with President Maduro, who is also a strong leader such as Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman. If United States keeps avoiding dialogue with Venezuela, less opportunities will remain for United States companies to participate in Venezuelan oil fields: as competitors will continue signing contracts for juiciest deals.
It might be challenging to call off this operation in Caribbean. However, as United States public opinion prefers not to have a war on Venezuela, popularity of President Trump might actually increase: when he announces that war against Venezuela is being averted. While warmongers who have been rooting for this war might make a lot of noise. They might continue producing fake news, but relevance continues declining. United States Southern Command is under extreme pressure, due to change of leadership as its highest ranking admiral just resigned. There is no information who will be new admiral in charge of the operations. Their legal authorities have suggested that their speedboat shootings violate United States law, not only international law.
Domestic catastrophe looms for Donald Trump, as he tells Congress representatives that they should be executed, just as if they were fishermen on speedboats. Those congressmen are asking for Southern Command military to follow constitution. There will be a dilemma because soldiers in Southern Command should follow constitution and disobey unconstitutional orders from Donald Trump. Otherwise they would be subject to criminal prosecution, or they would face immediate death penalties as suggested by Donald Trump on his most recent truth social posts. Therefore, any action or inaction from a United States soldier based on the Southern Command would lead to tragedy: either following Constitution or following Donald Trump would entail into either criminal conviction or express death penalty.
Morale of troops is not expected to increase with this political uncertainty. Venezuelans remained calm. Venezuelans remain patient. We are becoming more experienced in detecting fake news. Most junk on social media is fake news. No real news are being published as negotiations between Maduro and Trump for their forthcoming meeting are being conducted at uttermost discretion, so that people who would like to derail dialogue may not succeed in humanity's quest for peace.
