Petrovietnam requires no OFAC license
Situation in Caribbean Sea remains absolutely heated. Trinidad & Tobago is not responding multiple calls from Venezuela, to move away military troops from United States: which are pointing to Venezuela towards regime change. They only wish to speak about an OFAC license for dragon gas deal, which is unacceptable for Venezuelans. We thought that there would be constructive dialogue between authorities of Trinidad & Tobago and authorities of Venezuela. It seems that what they want to do is to promote United States invasion of Dragón gas field, so that they get their OFAC license and exploit it without giving any money to Venezuela. Therefore, Venezuela will be better served in refurbishing existing relationships with Petrovietnam, Russian oil companies and anyone willing to invest in Venezuelan petroleum gas field, according to usual sanctions evasion. techniques.
Venezuela has decided to extinguish diplomatic relationship with Norway and Australia as they support fascism, by supporting Nobel Prize of war. Venezuelan embassies in Norway and Australia will be closed. Venezuelan citizens living in those countries should seek concurrent ambassadors in nearby countries that might take care of their cases. Venezuela may no longer maintain embassies in Australia and Norway, as there are more important countries in Africa such as Zimbabwe or Burkina Faso which require opening of full diplomatic relationships, so that Venezuela gets a better understanding of Mother Africa in the spirit of Caricom which also strengthens alliances with mother Africa.
Caricom countries right now are closest relationships we have in Venezuela, including Grenada, which is absolutely harassed by United States military: requiring usage of Grenada airport for their bases. Grenadian citizens have extensively spoken about this subject. It seems there is unanimous support in both Grenada and Caribbean to keep United States troops away from Grenada. United States troops must also move away from Trinidad & Tobago. Puerto Rico is miserably occupied by United States military. Puerto Rico independence movement will certainly take this oppression as an opportunity to gather enough votes, so that they can gain independence.
Guyana continues realizing how deal with ExxonMobil ripped them off, as most money must be returned from ExxonMobil's investment. After that is paid Guyana, gets its meager 2% of revenue. Venezuela during 1970s and 1980s oil booms also made lots of mistakes. We were not successful enough in business tactics for protecting our sovereignty. We also were victims of entrenched corruption. Many decades later, we are still suffering from that. However, what remains most evident is that an OFAC license in terms requested by Marco Rubio: requiring Venezuela not to receive any cash for oil and gas exploration is not feasible. Venezuela has extreme hardship in gaining foreign currency right now. Bolívar is devaluing a lot. Chevron is unable to pay in hard currency for oil being extracted. Secondary and tertiary methods to continue production are not being visible in Venezuelan economy. This is not working out.
If this situation with OFAC continues, Venezuela might as well completely break any negotiations with OFAC and United States regime. We would just concentrate on alternative BRICS deals through currencies of Russia, Brazil, India or China or perhaps Vietnam. Petrovietnam is among best alternatives we have for exploration of Dragon Gas Field, and associated gas fields in Manatee, Cocuina, Plataforma Deltana 3, Plataforma Deltana 5, Dorado, Patao, Mejillones, and Rio Caribe. Petrovietnam has been in Venezuela for a very long time, since allocation of Junín block in Orinoco belt. Petrovietnam's loyalty to Junin exploitation within Venezuelan operations should be rewarded with a major stake in developing further oil and gas. They have been so successful in producing petroleum, in very remote Zuata field, that they will probably find a way to negotiate with other partners how to expand liquefied natural gas facilities within the Venezuelan territory, or along with other partners of international community.
We will have to set up negotiations with Trinidad and Tobago which remains silent. It is absolutely disgusting that Trinidad and Tobago authorities are only speaking about OFAC, while Marco Rubio and United States completely neglect Venezuelan authorities and how compensation will arrive to Venezuelans. They only have 6 months left and Venezuelans will already start looking for alternatives worldwide, because our gas fields must be developed. Conditions of tutelage and slavery proposed by Marco Rubio are unacceptable. Relationship with Norway has been broken, as we cannot tolerate being associated with a fascist country, that is not taking into account the will of Alfred Nobel: when he designed Nobel Peace Prize. Allocation of Nobel Peace Prize is promoting war against Venezuela, is enhancing conflict, and is providing air to fascism.
We thought that Fascism and Nazism were over by means of United Nations. But fascists nowadays pretend to overcome United Nations Security Council, promoting a regime change war through United States warships against Venezuela, which is absolute opposite of what Nobel Peace Prize should have been. Therefore, Swedish courts have already accepted a legal complaint from Venezuela requesting an investigation on the Norwegian Nobel Committee. It will be interesting to see if Sweden will back Norway on its support of fascism. Venezuela is a country with no significant racial divide, as in Caribbean countries which unfortunately have fights between Indian, African and Amerindian populations, Venezuela also has its share of racism. It is deplorable to read Venezuelan nationals making fun of Venezuela, as we open embassies in African countries of Burkina Faso and Zimbabwe.
Burkina Faso in particular has been a great promoter of eradication of colonialism. They successfully kicked out French out of Burkina Faso in same manner as Venezuelans are kicking out United States. It will be an honor to visit Burkina Faso embassy once relations are formalized between Ouagadougou and Caracas. However, racists in Venezuela who are seeking a regime change to promote western values, while making fun of peoples and cultures of Africa and Asia, would provide intolerance. Looking south into Peru, reports of new presidency are already suggesting that he could also be ousted. If such case occurred, perhaps it would be better to reinstate former President Pedro Castillo out of jail into presidency, as Dina Bolarte did not turn out well. New president just appointed seems like he will be ousted soon. If he gets ousted, next one should be ousted and so forth. Politically, Peru is unable to have presidents in power during their full periods: once their periods expire, they usually go to jail.
Ecuador continues in hard protests with a lot of repression. It looks like the Noboa government is freely exporting cocaine all over the world with the full support of United States, which will always protect its fascist allies. Gaza agreement has provoked international meeting of celebrities, but results remain to be seen. Two Qatar officials were killed at a car crash in Egypt, which suggests Mossad of Israel continues killing negotiatiors. It isn't clear why Qatar insists in being a mediator at expense of having their people killed by Israel, which of course does not want to negotiate anything ever. Hamas is slowly gaining some control of parts of Gaza. It is not clear how disarmament or security will occur. Various sources provide confusing information.
It is extremely worrisome that United States finally invented a new war. We thought that new war would be either against Venezuela, Iran or Russia, while actual war erupted in Pakistan: as they wish to invade Afghanistan for the Bagram airfield which belongs to the Afghan people led by Taliban government. However, United States would like to invade Afghanistan. Therefore, it is providing war through Pakistan. This is a message for Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana and Grenada of what will be their destiny if they continue listening and claudicating on demands from United States military. They only want war. And Afghanistan, which has a great sense of sovereignty, shares with Venezuela a determination of seeking our own destiny. Therefore, we are enemies of the United States, which seeks obedience. Pakistan is becoming obedient of United States, which should not be the example hopefully of Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago and Grenada: United States desperately seeks to control English-speaking locations in Caribbean to invade resources of Venezuela.
Venezuelan petroleum, gas, gold, and uranium fields are available for joint exploitation within realm of Alba, Celac, and Caricom because our partnership with countries of Caribbean and Americas should prevail. Minister of Interior and Justice Diosdado Cabello has confirmed receiving messages from various militaries in various South American countries, which are not necessarily politically aligned with Venezuela, whose militaries will support Venezuela in case we are invaded. Therefore, leadership of Grenada, Trinidad and Tobago & Guyana should consider that any further intrusion of United States into their territories would provoke war against several Latin American countries in addition to Venezuela. All of this is insane because we should all be on the same Caribbean team. Caribbean should be a zone of peace, but United States is screwing everything up.
Russia and China military assistance is providing a state of the art, anti-missile protection for Venezuela: especially northern regions of Caracas, Falcón, Zulia, Carabobo, Margarita Island, Anzoátegui and Monagas. Air patrol is constant. Russian agreement of high level strategic partnership with Venezuela will continue with tourism expansion, which would require a decrease in cost of airplane tickets. Sooner than later, affordable flight opportunities will exist for Saint Petersburg in Russia, and Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, which means that racists and fascists who deplore not having service to countries enemies of Venezuela: should be reminded that they should seek comfort elsewhere.
Nobel Prize of peace has provided wounds which will take time to clear. Destiny of María Corina Machado is uncertain. She might be captured if there is a war, because she was person who always asked for this war. She has divided Venezuela. She has excluded people from her teams. She did not deserve Nobel Peace Prize. Norwegian Nobel Prize Committee is getting sued. Venezuelan National Security continues being our outmost priority. Any Venezuelan person within or outside the country promoting regime change and war: shall be reported as a traitor to the homeland. Should they arrive to Venezuelan airport they should be arrested. A Venezuelan petroleum organization applauded Nobel Prize of fascism. Such associations should be examined, to make sure that their membership does not take a hold of Venezuelan petroleum resources.
PDVSA, Ministry of Foreign Relations and Ministry of Hydrocarbons of Venezuela should ensure that all investment into strategic resources of Venezuela is led by people who will be loyal to our country, and to unity of Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. What is happening with Trinidad & Tobago is a red flag. I have spent various weeks opening up to Trinidad & Tobago authorities, asking what they want, asking them ine most humble manner, how can Venezuela be of assistance to them? Reply has been to promote further United States invasion through additional military units. Outside niche audiences, plight of Grenada is not being well advertised. Prime minister of Grenada is member of Alba. However, he is under extreme pressure from United States to build a base there, which would destroy Alba: just as Caricom seems already destroyed due to positions of Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica, against will of rest of our islands and Surinam.
We should seek to rebuild Alba. We should seek to rebuild Caricom as soon as we are able to kick United States out of Caribbean War. It is still a mystery how United States will fight wars in Afghanistan, Venezuela, Iran, and Ukraine at same time while in shutdown. Risk remains and Venezuelans are prepared to fight when moment comes. Meanwhile, we will continue exploring what are our various oil fields in need of investment. We will seek allocations that promote investments of responsible companies and countries, that are not seeking to rip us off, pretending to promote a fascist regime change. Venezuela will remain committed to peace, solidarity, and commerce with peoples and cultures of the world.
