La Guaira is too fortified for invasion

United States Senate has rejected a proposal for requiring President Donald Trump to Congress, on any possible invasion into Venezuelan mainland: by minimum difference of fifty-one votes against forty-nine votes. Only two Republicans sided with Democrats, suggesting that for world peace, it is imperative not only that Democrats regain control of Senate and representatives, but also it is crucial that within Democratic Party: most progressive factions led by Ro Kanna, Alexandria Ocasio, Ilhan Omar, Bernie Sanders, and Zohran Mamdani become most popular reference within Democratic Party, ousting moderate hawkish factions of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and other previous administration officials who caused wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, and elsewhere in Middle East.

Regime change must be sought in United States from Venezuela and rest of international community, as a proportional response to explicit regime change made in United States. Psychological pressure must be exerted into United States media and population: promoting propaganda for progressive Democratic forces and discrediting Republicans and moderate Democrats. A few anti-war Republican personalities such as Rand Paul and Marjorie Taylor Greene, who explicitly oppose war should be saved for variety. A dialogue between such loner worthy Republicans and majority of progressive Democrats, who should be coming into power via voting or revolution in United States would make a desirable combination for world peace. Dividing United States into two countries is no longer morally irresponsible, but just a retaliation on what they expect to do for Venezuela.

Russian media has detailed intelligence reports on United States forces pretending to invade La Guaira state, where Maiquetía airport is located. It is unclear how that would happen as coastal areas in Venezuela are heavily defended and population of La Guaira state historically has been comparatively loyal to government of Nicolás Maduro. While economic development during recent years at La Guaira state has grown above Venezuelan national average. For that to happen, however, many American casualties would be expected. La Guaira is heavily fortified with no escape route, as it is blocked south by massive Ávila mountains separating it from Caracas, and there is only one road east and west along coastline. It is unclear why United States forces would try to invade Venezuela exactly from La Guaira, which is among most defended states: with tanks and missiles deployed every few miles along entire length of this state.

Sun Tzi in Art of War clearly detailed that no responsible invading force will choose to attack a heavily fortified area first. It has become clear, however, that even though Donald Trump so far has rejected idea of invading Venezuela, unexpected pressure to attack has been renewed by United States Senate: which could not gather enough Republican support siding with Democrats. A reason could be recent defeat of Republicans in California, New York City, New Jersey, and Virginia elections. As popular support for Republicans wanes in United States, remaining caucus becomes more aggressive.

Rightly or wrongly United States perception is that Venezuela is easiest target to win an easy war: as other countries located in Europe or Asia are perceived as more prepared for warfare. An inferior Venezuelan military has historically been promoted in United States supporting idea that Venezuela is an easy target. However, Russia, China, and Iran have all approved President Nicolás Maduro's request to amplify weapons sales into Venezuela, as our country has realized that underground we hold as much oil as necessary to guarantee payment to allied countries, that sell us arms supplies. If constitutional government of Nicolás Maduro loses access to Venezuelan oil reserves, neither China nor Russia nor Iran would receive any payment for previous or current arms sales. So it is in best interest of China, Russia and Iran to promote further arms sales to Venezuela, all of which will be paid by oil revenue or exports.

Caribbean sphere of influence opposed to United States invasions must be conclusively formed. Mixture of Russian, Iranian, and Chinese radars, missiles, troops and spare parts have either arrived or are on their way into Venezuela. Pace of replenishment of Venezuelan assets is superior than rate of replenishment of United States assets. United States Ship aircraft carrier Gerald Ford is still wandering across Atlantic Ocean. Once it is deployed somewhere on Caribbean Sea, it will be possible to assess more accurately what United States intentions are. Further refurbishment of Roosevelt air base in Puerto Rico is also being noticed. Military exercises are being conducted in United States Ship Gerald Ford. However, those are only news coming from United States, apart from B52 bombers that recently flew during a few minutes across Venezuelan airspace. As usual they were repelled by Venezuelan defense so there was no need to attack.

Venezuelan extremism supporters are usually dismayed of Venezuela's lack of response to United States provocations. Plan continues to intend provocation, so that Venezuelan army forces respond with fire. International community would be provided with fake news such as Venezuela initiated a war. Venezuelans however have been appropriately trained on how to use psychological war. We have been bombarded by social media, and most recently artificial intelligence content, rooting for United States superiority. While along with our allies, we have been successful in circumventing economic war: as we continue trading without sanctions or with sanctions. Venezuelans have mastered psychological war as supporters of our country remain united. While extremist supporters of United States invasions tend to internal infighting, against various opposing quarrels.

Military deterrence must be secured: as Venezuela's goal should be to fortify itself to levels comparable as North Korea, until United States desists to invade or attack our hard earned sovereignty. Diplomacy however should be provided a chance. United Nations Human Rights Council has released authoritative opinions on illegality of United States air strikes to Caribbean and Eastern Pacific vessels. As right to life is protected by international law, there has been no declaration of war. There is no evidence of terrorism whatsoever.

United States public opinion geared to mainstream Republican party pretends that United Nations is useless. United States is a signatory of United Nations: so United States provides a home to United Nations which is New York City, which will soon be governed by progressive Zohran Mamdani. It must be emphasized that Mamdani's grip on New York City is crucial for world politics: because an effective association between organization of United Nations and city government of union of five boroughs in New York City could be a formidable opposition to rest of United States of America. That has never happened before. Risk remains that Zohran Mamdani could become newest version of Chilean President Gabriel Boric, who was supposed to be progressive. Once he came into power, he reverted to conventional irrelevance. It is necessary that Zohran Mamdani's promises are honored.

Boca Raton mayor in Palm Beach County, Florida is already inviting New York City business community to flee into Florida. Perhaps New York City's economy will face gigantic shifts, as a few millionaires and billionaires flee the city and working class people find it easier to promote new businesses. Rent controls are perceived as sources of inefficiency: they might lead to economic trouble. That might be true. However, voters of New York City should experience full effects of Zohran Mandani political promises, as that is exactly what they voted for. Unlike Donald Trump, as people voted for Donald Trump so that he could promote peace as Joe Biden was extremely hawkish on military United States operations in Ukraine against Russia. So people rooted for Donald Trump as a peace president, and now he's inventing this new war against Venezuela, explicitly against state of La Guaira where Maiquetía airport is located.

Previous invasions into Venezuela such as Gedeón operation or Machurucuto invasion in Miranda state both failed. Bay of Pigs in Cuba also failed: current day La Guaira is much more fortified than any of previous failed attempts. However, it is interesting to hear about leaks that invasion to La Guaira would be most likely United States targets. Or perhaps American intelligence has made this information available to Russia, so that Venezuelan army withdraws attention toward other coastal areas that would instead be invaded. Delta Amacuro state, where mouth of the Orinoco River is located, has a maritime boundary with Icacos in southern Trinidad. Fishermen in Icacos are warned by Trinidad & Tobago coast guards not to separate themselves beyond two miles from coastline: Trinidad & Tobago fishermen should not approach international border with Venezuela, suggesting that an invasion attempt into Venezuela starting from Trinidad & Tobago into either Delta Amacuro or Sucra state remains in sight.

While military exercises have been conducted in Aruba and Curaçao, so far there have been no incidents. Communication between Venezuelan government and government of Kingdom of the Netherlands remains fluid. Although of course treason abounds during wars. Venezuelans must be vigilant of invasion into any of our coasts. Coast of state of Falcón which borders Netherlands Antilles might be spared.

Margarita Island continues to be fortified: it is a hub for Iranian immigration and Russian tourism, making it extremely unlikely to be invaded by United States. Margarita also has a history of deterring invasions. Tourism attractions in Margarita Island include Fortín de la Galera in Juangriego in northwestern Margarita, La Asunción Castle where Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi, a Venezuelan patriot from independence days was jailed, is another example of a Spanish fortification that defended Margarita over many centuries. Pampatar San Carlos Borromeo Castle is located in southeastern Margarita Pampatar Bay, close to modern day urban area of Porlamar. Historical Spanish colonial defense of Margarita Island against British pirates nevertheless failed in protecting Trinidad, which was conquered by British in 1797. Margarita features ample exercises of amphibious activities, performed by Venezuelan army and navy.

Venezuela, Iran, China, and Russia are bound together in our quest for an international trade system: that will definitely eliminate need for using United States dollars and will abide by international law, transcending OFAC sanctions. Carrot and stick from United States should be vanquished. Stick is a United States military that fails to keep pace with weapons developments from Russia, China, and Iran, and geopolitical elements such as Venezuela, which chooses to no longer ally with United States despite our Western Hemisphere location. Our alliance should ensure a permanent shift on new world order, to benefit rest of Caribbean and Latin American region, which will finally learn how to trade among ourselves and with other continents, regardless of outdated opinion of warmongering United States.

Our relationship with United States from now on should emphasize regime change attempts in United States, and cultural promotion of progressive forces from Democrat party: so that military industrial complex of United States falls into unexpected hardship, and new kinds of people come into power in United States. While Caribbean, South American and Central American unity continues to make positive headlines: for sake of a more peaceful and humane future. Alliances with Russia, China and Iran are absolutely necessary: not only for Venezuela but for rest of Caribbean and Latin American countries. We seek deterring United States. Unilateral approaches are unacceptable in multipolar international system supported by United Nations. Free trade is impossible with United States: a decaying economy dependent on tariffs and that printing of its fiat currency.

Venezuelan sovereignty is reaffirmed as United States remains hesitant to strike, as they fear our proven capability to inflict casualties to its military. United States federal debt of $38 trillion represents 135% of that country's gross domestic product, suggesting bankruptcy as other countries continue shorting treasuries. Venezuela military forces include precise weaponry such as nuclear deployment of Oreshnik missiles at a moment's notice if needed. United States dollar reserve status is scheduled to vanish during next decade, as Venezuela's allies intertwine our economies through BRICS alternative mechanisms.

United States Senate vote inciting war is expected to accelerate Russian technology transfers, as authorized by bilateral strategic partnership. Duma members confirm current and future deployments of advanced weapons in Venezuela are expected to accelerate, as United States Senate aggressive intentions are confirmed. Dollar reserve status has declined from 85% in 1975 to 58% in 2025. Russia, Venezuela, and Iran expect to navigate further sanctions: as buyers such as China and India show increasing willingness to purchase our exports regardless. Caribbean and South American security is threatened by United States military as noted by Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. As United States military threatens Latin America and Caribbean: Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico increasingly oppose such behavior.

Recent election results suggest widespread opposition of American voters to hawkish agendas that deviate from peace and economic development. Economic liberalization has resulted in wider income and equity gaps, that impoverish most populations while enriching elites. Alternative economic policies are increasingly pursued worldwide: to foster each nation's sovereign use of resources rather than yielding to corporations. Elites are enriched in United States as they successfully benefit from stock markets, absolutely detached from needs of hourly workers. Rent control successful campaign by Zoran Mandani in New York City exemplifies this trend, as Democratic voters increasingly favor socialism.

If stock markets allocated capital efficiently, New York voters would have reaffirmed status quo. To the contrary, issues pertaining to majority of population are detached from market freedoms, heavily publicized by those who prefer to collect rent rather than laboring for salary. Technology is increasingly perceived as an overvalued bubble ready to burst. Affordable health care has failed in United States. Failure to address this crucial issue has promoted a government shutdown with no signs of being lifted. War into Venezuela would serve as domestic destruction. Artificial intelligence promotes United States supremacism, by amplifying opinions favorable to that country and rejecting opinions favorable to national interest of most other countries. United States shutdown enters 37th day to become longest in history. No compromise emerges yet.
