Further troops invade Puerto Rico

30.09.2025

United Nations General Assembly continued today. There were a few relevant speeches to notice, starting with Saint Lucia, whose prime minister was extremely vocal for multilateralism and peace, while suggesting that Venezuela and Guyana should use multilateral channels to solve Essequibo dispute. His support for ending conflict in Palestine was in tuning with rest of countries.

Then came speech by North Korea, which sounded surprisingly diplomatic and peaceful. He spoke about agriculture, economic development, and need to reassert their sovereignty through maintenance of their nuclear weapons system. We have always ignored what happens in North Korea, but recently that country has established multiple relationships with rest of the world.North Korea may no longer be seen as before, as a horrible, hostile and mysterious country where everybody was starving. It does not seem the case anymore. Through use of their nuclear program, North Korea has succeeded in avoiding United States invasion which is not the case of Venezuela. We are now considering North Korean help, as we need as much deterrence as possible to avoid United States invasion into Venezuela.

Speech by Nicaragua reaffirmed absolute solidarity with Cuba and Venezuela, as regions that support alternative methods of dealing with their domestic issues: which is often not liked by United States, and which are always cluttered with sanctions. That was also a topic addressed by North Korea. We also heard speech from representative of Nepal, which seems to come from previous Nepal administration: we have not heard of any changes in the representation of Nepal in United Nations. He sounded happy with first woman president they have right now in Nepal. He is promising that new leadership will be elected soon. He was especially interested in addressing climate change issues, such as glaciers in Himalaya mountains showing signs of melting.

Finally, there was closing statement from president of United Nations General Assembly, who thanked all delegations for this non-stop week of declarations by member countries. She noticed that many topics had been addressed by many member countries. She urged for continued discussions leading to solutions. She also stated that abundance of topics pronounced by many delegations was proof that United Nations still has use, but it must be strengthened. That was also a key point by prime minister of St. Lucia. A sour tone from United Nations General Assembly President came in her warning to United States. In order for New York to continue being headquarters of United Nations General Assembly next year, it is necessary that United States provides visas to all delegations which did not happen this time, as Palestine representation was not permitted to address the assembly in person.

Gustavo Petro from Colombia was deprived of United States visa, upon arriving back to Bogotá as a retaliation from United States for his support in street protests for Palestine in New York. Gustavo Petro said that a suitable location for United Nations new headquarters could be Doha in Qatar. Qatar has already demonstrated a proficiency in organizing multinational events such as FIFA Soccer World Cup. Therefore, Qatar would be a suitable location for relocating United Nations, considering that Qatar has good relations with all countries worldwide. Even Israel had to apologize to emir of Qatar for inadequacy of recent bombings at request of Donald Trump to Benjamin Netanyahu, which of course happened as a TV show.

Summit between Netanyahu and Trump looks inconclusive as it is requiring Hamas a series of assumptions. Hamas or Hezbollah might not be able to fully comply as they are already catalogued as terrorist organizations by United States, while Hamas is legitimate elected authority of Palestine. Benjamin Netanyahu said that if Hamas does not comply with whatever United States requires, Israel will continue destroying Gaza. It is not credible to negotiate with United States or with Israel when they are pointing their guns towards you. United States is said to be deploying 15,000 troops, additional to 5,000 troops already in Puerto Rico, which means that invasion force from United States into Venezuela has been increased to 20,000 marine troops. Many of them will be sent to die in asymmetric war against Venezuela at any time in near future.

Israel is planning to evacuate Gaza. We could see that highest skyscraper in Gaza was destroyed by Israel. Children and families of civilians continue to die, while resistance of Hamas is doing great efforts in fighting Israel army. It is not clear how Hamas would accept agreements from United States as it was recently betrayed with their negotiating team that was about to be killed in Qatar. Israel continues bombing Gaza. In Hamas perspective, it looks extremely unlikely that proposal of Netanyahu and Donald Trump goes through.

Back to Venezuela, we have been visited by a journalist of the New York Times who wrote an article interviewing Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, opposition leader Henrique Capriles, and a prominent businessman who is believed to be Mr. Vollmer of Santa Teresa Rum Company. They all agreed that an invasion into Venezuela would most likely become similar to Haiti, which was also a point recurrently addressed at United Nations. It is widely believed that Panama and United States will propose to United Nations Security Council a draft resolution to increase military intervention into Haiti. If that were to be approved, most likely United States will claim that Haiti's problems also come from drug trafficking in Venezuela. It would provide a legal basis for war of the United States against Venezuela. For that reason, Russia is expected to veto request for military intervention in Haiti.

Article in New York Times also interviewed regular Venezuelan citizens who were spotted on recent government oriented activities for militias, and preparation for asymmetric war. Citizens of Venezuela stressed out that they would like domestic changes in Venezuelan politics and economics, but they do not wish to be invaded by United States military forces. Public opinion in United States continues strongly against foreign wars anywhere, as they would prefer to honor Make America Great Again. When opposition leader Henrique Capriles posted anti-war article by New York Times on his social media account, unprecedented levels of hate speech were provided by users supporting war, engaging in psychological and communicational warfare. Levels of insults for asking for peace are unacceptable.

My name is Rubén Rivero Capriles and I share last name with my cousin Henrique Capriles Radonski, opposition leader of Venezuela. Our Capriles family is now harassed by war promoters. I denounce that such hate speech against an entire family is unacceptable. Vice president of Venezuela also stated that hate speech in support of war is a criminal activity that will be severely prosecuted, under forthcoming external commotion decree. I reserve right to use such a decree to protect honor of my family: because it is unacceptable that people who are constantly asking for peace and dialogue are harassed so much.

Algorithms in social media favor speech promoting war against Venezuela, while speech promoting peace is neglected. Positions of special envoy to Venezuela Richard Grenell, while they are popular in MAGA base of United States, are silently dismissed by owners of social media who have programmed algorithms to facilitate hate speech and invitation to crimes of war. We will still be asking for peace, which is an exhausting endeavor. Even Nicolás Maduro is exhausted as noted by New York Times article. Asking for peace is engaging in communicational warfare: because communicational struggles worldwide have provided a prominent position to people who are asking for wars elsewhere. That is reason why war is so popular in Middle East and Europe.

Extremely concerning reports arrive from Poland, Denmark, United Kingdom and Russia about their eternal disagreements on how to handle confiscation of Russian assets in Western banks. Russia has replied that such a confiscation would entail in dire consequences, suggesting that a nuclear option is available. If nuclear option is used, we might be initiating end of Europe. If it escalates, we might be initiating end of this world as we know it. Economic sanctions have failed to decrease economic output in Russia, which is planning a huge gas pipeline into China, so that it would not need to export gas into Europe, but it would instead export gas into China. Trade would be completed in non US dollar currency. Similarly, Iran and Venezuela need to continue selling our oil in different currencies, as we want our oil business to succeed.

United States shale industry provides about 9 million barrels of oil per day, through extreme environmental damage in Texas and Oklahoma: provoking earthquakes and water pollution which goes back to agriculture and drinking water, including radioactive minerals. Environmental hazard is noticed even by major petroleum companies such as Chevron, which are likely to reduce their interest in producing shale oil in United States to devote resources to safer oil recovery methods in countries such as Guyana, Venezuela or Peru where Chevron is enhancing its international oil production interests. As environmental cleanup of difficult shale oil practices in the United States increases, cost of producing one barrel of oil would become $90, while oil price has dropped back to $65 a barrel when it was recently $70 a barrel. This huge downward shift was after a geopolitical peak that did not last much, as all OPEC countries and Russia are interested in increasing their quotas.

This situation is expected to continue because as Venezuela recovers its oil production capabilities, it will also require higher quotas as well. So OPEC supply looks plentiful. Vice President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, spoke about necessity of reducing hate speech through forthcoming external commotion decree to be published within next few days. She also reasserted fact that oil producing countries such as Iran, Iraq, Venezuela, and Russia are always target of United States sanctions: as it is an artificial measure to reduce international supply of oil. Oil price is targeted artificially high to promote United States domestic shale oil industry, which is extremely harmful to environment.

There are reports that in Bachaquero, Zulia state earlier today there was another earthquake. That area is very close to new Chinese floating facility that pumps water and air into the ground. It might have producing recent earthquakes we have been seeing in Venezuela. It is necessary that the Venezuelan oil industry proposes a cost benefit analysis on which methods of oil recovery can be used, and proven not to cause earthquakes. Venezuela needs to restore our oil industry. We have many wells available throughout the country and it might be necessary to reduce output in areas where we see that earthquakes become more common.

Juan González was in Biden administration: an important Latin American envoy. He has concluded that El Cartel de los Soles, if it exists, is not an organization led by Venezuelan constitutional president Nicolás Maduro. Narratives in United States supporting forthcoming Venezuela war are now being debated, even in case of high level former officials of United States. Juan González also said that war in Iraq started because of information leading to weapons of mass destruction, which did not exist in Iraq in the year 2002. Nevertheless, Iraq was invaded in an attempt for regime change.

It looks like excuse of drug trafficking from Venezuela is no longer believed. They are trying to replicate it as proxy for military intervention in Haiti. We are clear that regime change functions as United States desire to overthrow Venezuelan government, supported with complicity of most extremist portion of Venezuelan opposition: they think that United States would come into Venezuela to extract our president and install somebody else who does not live in Venezuela. They would import a foreign government into Venezuela, leaving behind Venezuelans in homeland who are expected to remain actionless, while seeing how foreigners and exiles who are also foreigners decide how to run the country: for benefit of whoever has been financing this madness.

This will probably not come true as military Venezuelan armed forces are in excess of 100,000, which is still a lot more than 20,000 troops United States is wishing to send for death into Venezuelan land. Resistance movement is getting well organized and well communicated. It includes supporters of government and supporters of opposition who participated in previous mayor and governor elections. Extremists did not participate because they were fostering intervention. They are likely to be detained and put into prison, as they are violating Venezuela's penal code due to treason to the homeland. Specific methodologies on how we would reduce their hate speech will be available to us soon, in decree of external commotion.

Venezuela urges peace, but Venezuela also recognizes long history North Korea endured for security of their country as relevant. Now Venezuela must rely on alliances with countries such as North Korea, China, Iran and Russia to defend our sovereignty. United States is speaking about security in Western Hemisphere, which should be reassessed as security of United States. Security of Caribbean and South America are separate: because security of United States is offensive, and security of Latin America and Caribbean is defensive. Both kinds of securities will have to respect their own spheres of influence.

A major ideological fight will continue in Puerto Rico, whose independence movement continues gaining ground. Puerto Ricans are extremely sick of being invaded by military personnel. That protest will likely increase as 15,000 troops have just popped into Puerto Rico, with no positive effect on society or economy. They promote hatred toward a Latin America which does not want a foreign invasion through Venezuela. Puerto Rico bases that were shut down have been recently reopened. Ordinary Puerto Ricans must be helped in their plight to finally become independent, so they may join Caricom and Celac as a peaceful and valued member of Caribbean and Latin American community.

Gustavo Petro, president of Colombia, continues being most respected leader in Middle East. You can see pictures of Gustavo Petro in pro Palestine concentrations held in Sana, capital of Yemen. Gustavo Petro has been invited by Arab Republic of Egypt, for inauguration of Egyptian great museum which will feature historical jewels of ancient farionic Egypt. It is extremely important that Gustavo Petro continues honoring Latin America: with his peace salvation army movements for Middle East and Palestine, as Union of Arab and Latin American countries will be a groundstone for international security.

Both Middle East and Caribbean learn how to use their oil production to benefit our own security rather than yielding to any extravagant wish promoted by United States on fair trade practices, which are often a violation of international law. We need to respect international law. We need to abide by charter of United Nations. We count on United Nations methodological address of all suggestions made by presidents and prime ministers who were recently present in New York General Assembly.
