Dialogue should remove all sanctions

29.11.2022

Ratification of existence of the Unitary Platform will not be guaranteed by the Dialogue. Lurking to discredit conciliatory positions, radical opposition and originary revolution unexpectedly converge. Electoral campaign that will confront presidential candidacies will take place entirely within Venezuelan territory, leaving the Dialogue Table to finalize pending procedures for lifting of sanctions.

According to figures from the World Bank, Venezuela's GDP was $106,360,000,000 in 2020 and will reach $135,230,000,000 in 2022. The percentage of accumulated economic growth over the last two years reaches 27% and is among the highest in the world.

An opinion matrix has been generated, it is unfavorable to the prospects for sustained economic growth expected for Venezuela. Recently established dialogue between regime and opposition will release resources that were sanctioned for many years. Isolation is expected for extremists and doomsayers, in recent years they have lobbied to undermine economic growth.

Investments from Chevron and electrical industries from the international community will enter in the coming weeks, under regulatory frameworks specifically established by United Nations to build trust. Opinionary media columnists abuse fake news editorial lines, so as to recruit more followers. Pretending that there is economic decline, while statistics approved by the international community show there is growth, is an irresponsible attitude that will be strongly denounced.

The pronounced and sustained decrease that the Venezuelan economy experienced between 2015 and 2020 is attributable to the sanctions, given that they were imposed in 2015 when Gross Domestic Product was at levels close to historical maximums. International geopolitics currently trends towards relief or lifting of sanctions, entailing higher levels of confidence and international investment. It will be lawful to trade with Venezuela. Sanctioned countries suffer the consequences of most of the transactions being considered illegal, thus not recommended for economic agents.
