decree of war to the death 2.0

19.10.2025

Venezuela continues averting United States invasion. Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino López informed that last zone of defense of great plain states Barinas, Portuguesa, Cojedes and Guárico was successfully completed. Thus, whole territory is already covered by our military forces and militias waiting for invasion to start. Minister of Interior and Justice Diosdado Cabello was at Carayaca in the Ávila Mountains, next to Caracas requesting farmers to use their machetes: as their weapons for guerilla asymmetric warfare if necessary. Scenario of a Vietnam like war increases as United States continues planning war into Venezuela, including Central Intelligence Agency CIA undercover units: which of course have not been authorized by constitutional government of Venezuela. They will be arrested once detected.

Decree of war to the death was proclaimed by Liberator Simón Bolívar in 1813. On that occasion we were victims of Spanish colonization, while today we are victims of United States invasion. In both cases, there must be a well defined boundary between supporters of colonizers, and supporters of Venezuelan patriots defending our sovereignty. Spaniards and Canarians then and United States citizens and their useful pawns today, shall be put to death if war were to occur. However, they will be immediately pardoned and welcomed into Venezuelan society if they explicitly surrender their claims to either Spanish crown in the past, or United States supremacy in the present. Those who until recently have sided with United States occupation forces and yield to defense of Venezuelan sovereignty, as we deter United States invasion shall be guaranteed their liberty and their properties. However, if they choose to support United States invasion, they will be called as traitors to the homeland and will deserve immediate imprisonment.

Such clearcut philosophy of patriots against traitors has long been part of Venezuelan jurisprudence, as noted in Venezuelan penal code. It is useful to go back to its origins dating back from Simón Bolívar liberation movement. Venezuelans are calm. We are still preparing: we are identifying all traitors which will be announced once Venezuelan authorities deem it appropriate to do so. Meanwhile, United States continues in utter chaos: extensive to its banana puppets such as Trinidad & Tobago and Panama. In case of Panama, President Mulino is complaining that United States does not let him do business with China. However, Mulino is a puppet because he is destabilizing Venezuela by offering air bases and ports of Panama, suitable for United States hostile ships and air force.

Kamla Persad-Bissessar is silent as she is increasingly accused of being an accomplice of homicide of Trinidad & Tobago citizens, who were lawfully traveling on international fishing boats in the Caribbean. They were shot by United States military. Family members of Trinidad & Tobago victims require immediate convocation of Caricom summit. It is likely that most Caricom countries will not support United States invasion to Venezuela. However, Trinidad & Tobago remains in this idiotic thinking process: of harassing Venezuela for opening Dragón gas deal with an OFAC license, while admitting invasion against Venezuela from Trinidad & Tobago shores. That shall not happen. Grenada is taking a long time deciding whether to accept United States radars at St. George's airport, while Admiral of Southern Command already resigned: as it is becoming increasingly clear that this invasion operation into Venezuela violates both United States and international law.

After having failed one Senate declaration for military activities in Caribbean, United States Senate intends to provoke a second vote: this time prohibiting land invasion into Venezuela, hoping that a couple of extra senators from Republican party will understand that what they have been supporting so far violates human rights. Hopefully, United States senators will read decree of war to the death of Simón Bolívar from 1813 so that they clearly understand plight Venezuela is in right now, as we are determined in defending our country with our lives. We do not expect to spare lives of any intruding force that invades our sacred territory. If United States Senate approves this initiative to prohibit Donald Trump from attacking mainland Venezuela, many lives of United States Marines will be saved. United States already has deployed about eleven thousand Marines in Puerto Rico, many of which would certainly be dead if this war begins and extends during next few years. Venezuelans will fight for as long as it takes until we regain sovereignty of our territory as our constitutional republic must be respected.

Tomahawk deployment into Ukraine was uttered by Donald Trump: who no longer wishes to supply Tomahawk missiles for Zelensky in Ukraine: as that would entail an immediate escalation by Russia, sending hypersonic missiles into Venezuela and Cuba. That sure escalation into third world war has fortunately been averted by Donald Trump. Volodomir Zelensky is also unhappy with a tunnel that would unite, in Bering Sea, territories of Alaska and Russia. This infrastructure project is needed. We have already discussed earlier how a bridge into Margarita Island or a bridge into the Magallanes strait in Chile, or a road connecting Chocó and Panama would be beneficial for international trade.

It is refreshing to see that Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump continue having a working relationship, understandably with nuances of dissent. A diplomatic option that has been circulating in Russia and Venezuela, would be Russia's offer that Vladimir Putin could engage in a dialogue between Nicolás Maduro and Donald Trump: rather than declaring a proxy war against United States using Venezuela as a base for massive amounts of Oreshnik missiles. Vladimir Putin would prefer to sit Donald Trump and Nicolas Maduro down at the negotiating table. Western civilization of individualism often disregards dialogue as a constructive means to achieve peace. Volodomir Zelensky during all these years refused to dialogue with Vladimir Putin. If Vladimir Putin and Volodomir Zelensky had dialogued in 2022, we could have averted most of Ukraine war.

It will be of interest to get acquainted with communication techniques used by Russian Foreign Ministry, for conveying to Donald Trump that it is time to stop war on Venezuela, and sit down at the dialogue table. Hopefully Vladimir Putin, who gets along well with both Donald Trump and Nicolás Maduro, will perform the miracle of preserving peace. Iran's nuclear and conventional capabilities are outstanding, many of which are already available for Venezuelan military should United States choose to invade. Israel is at great risk as it is already being attacked by the Houthis. Houthies as usual are concentrated on saving Red Sea from being used by Israel's military. Peace agreement between Hamas and Israel doesn't seem to go well. We already see plight of more people from both sides dying.

United States State Department is warning Trinidad & Tobago citizens not to concur near United States facilities in Trinidad & Tobago. Freedom of movement of Trinidadians & Tobagoans within their own territory is being prohibited by United States, which is increasingly using island of Trinidad as a launchpad for aggression: just as it has already done with Puerto Rico. Puerto Rican independence movement will actually have an interesting chapter in January, with Super Bowl appearance of Bad Bunny who will sing in Spanish. On that occasion, many Americans will realize that culturally and nationally they are apart from Puerto Ricans, while Puerto Ricans might be able to fight for their independence more conclusively. Now people of Trinidad & Tobago are in direct threat of aggression from United States: due to United States inability to attack Venezuela.

Venezuela has been waiting for United States aggression. Reports suggest that United States generals are thinking about it, especially after resignation of United States Southern Command Admiral. What they plan to do violates international law: it will be difficult as Venezuela counts with state-of-the-art equipment. It is even suggested that some Russian missiles, which might be provided to Venezuela once hostility starts, are unmatched by Western aging military technology. United States has not been able to win any war since World War II. During World War II most of the battles were conducted by Russia and China. Russia by that time was Soviet Union, while United States just appeared late in a few battles in France and Western Germany.

Narratives, however, continue in need of aggression while Nobel Peace Prize is an issue as María Machado already confirmed that she will be unable to collect the award in Oslo: as she will not be able to leave Venezuela. She remains in clandestinity, which sounds like claudication. Venezuelans are concerned on what would be destiny of María Machado: because she would be negotiated for exile into United States, as part of Trump, Putin and Maduro talks. However, Venezuelans would prefer her to follow rule of law at an appropriate trial, as she has during many years asked for United States invasion of Venezuela: which still could happen. We are preparing for a multi-year war caused by her obsession to perform a regime change, to become an illegitimate president of Venezuela who would sell our petroleum, gas and mining companies to foreign interests. They would like to purchase attractive assets. at bargaining prices.

Venezuelans will not let further looting of our country happen. We have already lost Citgo refineries and we have already lost our gold deposited in banks of United Kingdom. We shall see how will Russians claim all their assets in British and European banks, as they are also seized. India is offering to buy Russian crude using yuan. Venezuelan authorities should start using yuan payments rather than cryptocurrency USDT. Yuan is slowly becoming currency of choice for international transactions. It is about time that Venezuela moves away from dollar sphere of influence, by conducting all its petroleum and gas sales in Yuan: which would provide clearer accounting pursuant to international rules, rather than sanctioned limitations from United States.

Venezuela's petroleum production has recently achieved one million one hundred thousand barrels per day, mostly exported to China. Venezuela's best bet is to continue opening our petroleum industry to Asian companies, while discount prices we provide to our customers are eventually transferred to regular petroleum prices: which are in a bearish trend as many producers produce petroleum, and expensive United States shale producers might have to close operations. These petroleum price fluctuations are one of main reasons why United States wishes to invade Venezuela. Because if United States can appoint a puppet, illegitimate government in Venezuela, they would open up massive Venezuelan resources to greed of American corporations. Fortunately, Venezuelan military does not seem eager to allow that to happen.

Narratives from regime change always neglect what will happen day after, if they successfully can topple high ranking officials. Venezuelan military would not support an imposed presidency from United States. Perhaps we will follow steps of Peru: which is changing presidents every once in a while. However, best case scenario remains that Vladimir Putin can convince Donald Trump to dialogue with President Nicolás Maduro to completely avert war. However, even if there is a pause in escalation, it is unlikely that Venezuela will trust United States for a very long time: because we feel absolutely betrayed. We have been one of the most yankee supporting countries worldwide, during many decades. Now they are just invading us as if we were a disposable perishable asset. Venezuela is a country that liberated rest of South America. We look forward to liberate ourselves from threat of foreign invasion: as we seek to continue developing our economy through trade deals with countries that were usually neglected by superpowers.

Friendship from Caribbean countries will be cherished forever. In these times of trouble, peoples of Grenada, even Trinidad & Tobago people as opposed to their government, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, St. Kitts & Nevis, Cuba, most Caribbean countries have been supportive of Venezuela's desire to maintain Caribbean as a zone of peace. Once this nightmare is over, we shall dedicate our best efforts to unify Caribbean Sea: in spite of various languages and cultures. melting as a great international example for world peace.
